TGIF (33): Christmas in July

TGIF at GReads is a feature by the fabulous Ginger, who asks us a fun question to answer every week. It's always a joy to be a part of this, and I think everyone certainly should try it out!

If Santa were to come down your chimney in the middle of summer, which books would you want him to leave for you under the tree?

As of this particular moment, there is only one book that I want under my tree - and it's a book that I actually recently had the privilege of reading via an ARC. It's a book called Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas - and it is FANTASTIC.

I would also absolutely welcome any of these other books under my tree:

1. Harry Potter 1-7 (UK Edition)

2. The Wolves of Mercy Falls 1-3 (UK Edition)

3. Barnes & Noble leatherbound classics

4. advanced copies of The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan, Asunder by Jodi Meadows, the second Throne of Glass book by Sarah J. Maas, Isla & the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins, the third book in the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth

  1. I still can't decide if I want to read Throne of Glass or not. It's not really my kind of book, but everyone LOVES it so maybe I should give it a try anyway.

I would also love a complete set of the UK Harry Potters :)

  4. I want all of these too!!!! I love the B&N books; they're so pretty! I wanna say they have some others that are more funky/unique that I've had my eyes on for a while. And yeah... getting those ARCs you listed would be a true Santa gift! :)

  6. I always read your posts in my reader so I haven't seen your new design until now, but I'm loving it! It's so bright an colorful :]
I'm right there with you on the Mark of Athena ARC. I seriously cannot wait to read it. I love Percy Jackson and I loved that we got his POV in Son of Neptune, but we're talking about Annabeth hear! I'm so excited to read from her POV :D

  7. I was looking at Throne of Glass on goodreads yesterday, glad to hear you enjoyed it, I'll be adding it to my TBR. Will you be posting a review?

I have the Harry Potter books but I'd love the B&N classics, they're so gorgeous. My partner would back you up wholeheartedly about Mark Of Athena but I'd rather have Divergent #3 myself :)
