The Lit Ladies

In case you haven’t noticed, I’ve been inspired to do quite a lot of vlogs lately. There are the ones I’ve been doing for my monthly recaps, and of course, my Stacking the Shelves. Mel (my sister) & I also have plans for a feature on her blog that involves vlogging as well, which should be a lot of fun!

But today, I’m posting about something special I’ve been cooking up with a few amazing ladies. Racquel, Sharon, Audris & I have been plotting for a while. After a flurry of email preparations, we officially launched Lit Ladies this week!

Lit Ladies is going to be a group YouTube channel, where each of us takes one day of the week to talk about our topic of choice. We’ll be posting bi-weekly for now, with Racquel on Monday, Sharon on Tuesday, Audris on Wednesday and me ending the week on Thursday.

Since it’s the kick-off week and we posted our introductions, check out the one I filmed below:

We all hope that you will support our latest venture by subscribing to the channel! I won’t be writing up any other official posts and embedding our videos (except if I really want to have the topic on my blog), so you’ll only be able to keep up via a YouTube subscription or Twitter.

Thanks for taking the time to watch! If you’ve got suggestions for what the Lit Ladies should discuss (anything, really, as long as it relates to books in some way), please feel free to leave ideas in the comments below.

  1. I like the sound of this new vlogging adventure if yours and I'm going to try my best to stop by when I can because I enjoy your vlogs and I'd like to meet the other ladies. Nice intro vlog and I'm really wishing on Morgan and Jenny's upcoming releases too! Both are authors I love and don't they sound amazing?!

  4. What a cool idea :) I must admit that I've never read Anne of the Green gables, but I did watch the movies and I loved them. I just found a free copy on Gutenberg, so I guess I need to give it a shot this year :) I tried to think about a title with an X, but I can't think of one now.

  5. Love this new idea! so much fun. :) Yay Assassin's blade! I really want it to add to my shelves when it comes out! :) (and ummm yes, why has everyone not read it yet? haha) I've got to check out some of those historical romances! Both you and racquel will be happy to know I currently have Sugar Daddy by lisa kleypas from the library to read. :)
