Fall Into Fantasy (+ Giveaways)

For the friends who have been reading the blog for a long time, or those of you I’m friends with on Goodreads, it’s pretty obvious that I love fantasy. I’ve been reading fantasy for as long as I can remember, and most of my favorite books to date are fantasy novels. {I loved it so much that I even wrote, with the help of a few blogger friends, a post full of fantasy recommendations for Cassie!}

Hannah and I recently bonded over our love of fantasy reads, especially because we shared some favorite series! Hannah is a relatively new fantasy reader, while I’ve been reading for ages – but our love for fantasy is pretty much at the same level of love, love, love. So, inspired by our love of fantasy and our desire to read more of it, we decided to collaborate to celebrate fantasy – and thus, Fall into Fantasy was born!

Fall Into Fantasy is a three-week long celebration, where we’ll be talking about our passion for fantasy, reviewing a few fantasy novels, and writing some fantasy-inspired posts! We’re very excited to be bringing this event to our readers, and hopefully shining some light on fantasy and some great fantasy novels. In particular, we decided to take on the following fantasy novels:

Hannah and I hope you’ll join us as we celebrate fantasy for the rest of the month of November! We’re really excited about all the posts we’ve got lined up, and we hope you will be too.

  10. My favorite fantasy of all time is a hard choice! I love Harry Potter, of course, but I also love George R R Martin's books, too. And, the Fairyland books have won my heart! If I had to choose one YA, it would probably be Finnikin of the Rock by Melina Marchetta. One adult fantasy would be The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch.

    I have the second and third (and the novellas) from the Throne of Glass series on my wishlist!
